Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of my grandparents, Dani and I caught an afternoon Southwest flight out of Oakland to Chicago Midway. We're sitting in our pre-paid hotel in Chicago, and Epic Train Trip is back on schedule. I'm, quite simply, stunned.
